 Tim, our founder, has been locating people around the world for more than a decade. It started out by finding people 'off the beaten path' to interview for an online tv series he hosted. He later moved to tracking down people who owe money. And lots of it. 

Tim has specialized in finding delinquent tenants for landlord and property management companies looking to collect past rent after the Landlord Tenant Board issues a judgement. The reality is, even after finding the person, it is still very very difficult to obtain the money that has been awarded by the courts. Unfortunately, in Ontario, the province tends to give more rights to the tenants than they do the landlords. This is where Landlord Investigative Services is here to help you. We want to help you avoid renting to the wrong people. 

Throughout the years of our investigators locating delinquent tenants, it has become very apparent that the application originally provided contains a vast majority of false information. Time and time again, people who have just scammed their previous landlords are not going to use them as references. Prospective tenants put their friends' information in place of past landlords, they use false past addresses, and even go to the extent of providing the information of made up companies, who for a fee, will provide you a glowing employment reference.
