At Landlord Investigative Services, we understand the emotional weight behind every rental decision. Tim, our founder, has been locating people around the world for more than a decade. It started out by finding people 'off the beaten path' to interview for an online tv series he hosted. He later moved to tracking down people who owe money. And a lot of it. 

Over the years, Tim has partnered with countless landlords and property management companies across Ontario, helping them find former tenants after Landlord Tenant Board judgments.

But here’s the truth: even after you find them, collecting money in Ontario is an uphill battle. The system often protects tenants more than landlords. That’s why we believe in being proactive, not reactive.
